Choose an attachment workflow in your ChatArchitect integration

Use the attachment controls available in the CRM, help desk or other application connected to ChatArchitect. Supported types and controls depend on both the integration and the application. Check your Bitrix24, Kommo/amoCRM, RetailCRM, Slack, Microsoft Teams or other connection before preparing a file.

Choose the intended result

Make one small test

1. Confirm the connected number and recipient using the first-message guide.
2. Have a separate test account message the business number, then test an ordinary attachment reply in the open 24-hour service window.
3. Select a small file containing no customer information. Verify the exact attachment and accompanying text before sending.
4. Check both the result in your sending tool and the file received in WhatsApp. Open or play it to confirm that the intended content arrived.

Outside the service window, follow the approved template workflow supported by your tool. Uploading a file does not reopen that window.

The ChatArchitect Quick Start does not specify media upload, download or deletion endpoints. For a custom integration, obtain the current contract for the operation you need. A Meta media ID, Bearer-token recipe or lifetime from the old imported reference does not define the ChatArchitect contract.
