Confirm which part of the WhatsApp setup is ready

A successful ownership code, a listed business number and a working CRM conversation are different checkpoints. Use this handover checklist when setup appears complete but the intended tool cannot yet send or receive messages.

Keep one connection record

Record the business number, WhatsApp account, portfolio, connected tool and responsible people. Keep the code-verification result and the final connection screen with this record. The number matching guide explains how to identify the business connection.

CheckpointWhat to establishWhat still needs checking
SMS or voice code acceptedThe ownership verification step was completed for the intended number. The remaining connection steps and the selected tool.
Number visible in the account or setupYou can identify the intended business number in that account.Which ChatArchitect connection and tool will use it.
Connector configuredThe relevant setup is saved for the intended service and customer connection.A permitted outgoing and incoming test in that tool.
Test message submittedThe sending request has a result or reference. The subsequent sending result and the recipient's actual conversation.

Test the selected tool

Follow the supplied setup procedure and use a permitted test conversation. Check the text reply or approved-template rules and the reported message result; queue submission alone does not establish delivery. Have the test recipient send a request and verify it is handled by the intended CRM, help desk or service.

For your own service, follow the ChatArchitect API Quick Start with the supplied App key and Secret. Meta's Register endpoint is a separate provider implementation and is not a customer activation request to ChatArchitect.

Hand over the unresolved stage

Provide the connection record, last completed checkpoint, test time, message reference if available and exact error. For ownership-code problems use the number verification guide. If keeping the Business app active is required, check the joint-operation requirements separately.

The result of this checklist is a verified connection or a clearly identified unfinished stage. It does not promise an automatic migration, history transfer or a particular recovery route.
