Find the WhatsApp Business Account connected to ChatArchitect

A WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) is the account inside your Meta business portfolio that holds your WhatsApp Business Platform phone numbers and message templates. The business portfolio, WABA and phone number are separate assets. Choose the correct portfolio and WABA when connecting a number to ChatArchitect so you can find that number again in WhatsApp Manager.

Connect or select the account

  1. Start the ChatArchitect phone-number connection and choose Continue with Facebook.
  2. Select the Meta business portfolio that should own the WhatsApp account. Select the appropriate WABA, or create one if the setup flow asks you to.
  3. Add and verify the number, then return to ChatArchitect and check that the number is available in your connection.

You do not need to create a separate Meta developer app or call Cloud API directly for the ChatArchitect connection. Avoid creating an extra WABA to retry a failed number verification; first check the status of the existing account and number.

Find the WABA after connection

  1. Open Meta Business Suite and select the business portfolio used during connection.
  2. Go to Settings → Accounts → WhatsApp accounts and select the WABA. Confirm that it contains the connected phone number.
  3. Open WhatsApp Manager for that WABA to review the number and its settings. From there you can manage the display name, business profile and two-step verification.

For messages sent through ChatArchitect, use the ChatArchitect template guide. The supported template creation route uses your wtargeted.com account, not a direct Meta API call.

If the account or number is missing

Check that you selected the same business portfolio used in Continue with Facebook and that you have access to its WhatsApp accounts. If the WABA exists but the number is not connected in ChatArchitect, return to the connection flow and check whether number verification finished. If the issue remains, contact ChatArchitect support with the business portfolio, WABA name and phone number. Do not send an access token, PIN or one-time code.

If you cannot select or manage the intended portfolio or WhatsApp account, use the business access troubleshooting guide before retrying the connection.

The billing terms for ChatArchitect are described in the pricing guide. The Meta payment-method and partner-sharing steps in general Cloud API documentation are not part of this account-finding checklist; follow a separate ChatArchitect instruction if your setup requires them.
