Create a WhatsApp marketing template with ChatArchitect
Use a Marketing template for an offer, product announcement, recommendation or invitation intended to bring a customer back. Choose the category for the complete message, including any button text. The category guide explains how this differs from an order update or an authentication code.
Plan the message
Send a campaign to people who expect to hear from your business. State the offer and its conditions clearly, identify the relevant product or service, and make the next step easy to understand. Keep the text focused; avoid repeating the same promotion too often to the same audience. If you need a button, choose one of the options available in the ChatArchitect template form and test its action in your connected sending tool.
For example, a shop announcing a time-limited offer could submit this body:
Hi {{1}}, your selected items are still available. Use code SAVE10 before {{2}} for 10% off the items shown in your cart.
Provide a complete sample for review, such as “Hi Alex, your selected items are still available. Use code SAVE10 before 12 October for 10% off the items shown in your cart.” Replace every numbered variable with the correct customer data when sending. Only use the example if its offer, discount and end date match your actual terms. Use the coupon guide to check redemption and the deadline guide to plan a time-limited offer.
Submit and send
- Open wtargeted.com, sign in and connect your ChatArchitect App key and Secret as described in the template creation guide.
- Choose Submit template, select the language and Marketing type, then enter the body. Add meaningful sample values for every variable. Add a button if it helps the recipient act and its type is available in your form. The template parts guide explains text, variables and buttons.
- Submit the template for review. Refresh Approved templates and check the text and final category before scheduling a campaign. If it is missing or rejected, use the review guide.
- Select the approved template in your CRM, help desk or other connected sending tool. Test the substituted variables and any button on a recipient's phone before sending to a larger audience.
Watch the result
Monitor template quality in your ChatArchitect account. If quality declines or a template is paused, review the audience, frequency, wording and any customer complaints before sending again. The quality guide explains what to check. A submitted or approved template does not guarantee delivery of every message. If an individual recipient does not receive the promotion, use the recipient marketing limits guide to check the attempt and any retry restrictions.
Meta documents other marketing formats, including catalog and carousel templates. Their availability in ChatArchitect's form and connected tools has not been confirmed; ask support before planning a campaign that requires one of those formats.
