A Meta App Review request during ChatArchitect setup
An application using the ChatArchitect service API authenticates with its issued App key/App ID and Secret. Meta App Review concerns a Meta developer application; it is not the step that issues your ChatArchitect API credentials.
Identify the application named in the request
Before preparing a review submission, record the app name, its owner, the feature it is meant to provide and the screen requesting the review. Establish whether the request concerns your own separate Meta application or the supplied connection used for ChatArchitect.
| Where you are working | Next check |
|---|---|
| ChatArchitect API requests | Use the API Quick Start and the customer credentials. A Meta Bearer token does not replace the service credential pair. |
| Continue with Facebook for the business number | Check the selected business and your access to its assets. Keep the exact on-screen error if the supplied flow cannot continue. |
| Your own Meta developer application | Confirm the separate integration's purpose and owner, then follow Meta's current review requirements for that app. |
If the supplied connection cannot continue
- Identify the business number and portfolio you intended to connect.
- Record the step, app name if displayed, error text and time of the failure.
- Ask ChatArchitect support to review that connection problem before creating a replacement app or changing permissions.
- After the connection issue is resolved, check the intended CRM or application with an agreed message example.
ChatArchitect provides a prepared connection. Customers do not install a partner signup implementation through ChatArchitect. Creating a new Meta app is therefore not a general recovery step for an error in the supplied flow.
For a separate Meta developer project
Keep its app ownership, permissions and review submission separate from the ChatArchitect service connection. Meta decides that app's review outcome; this guide does not promise approval, deadlines or a particular permission set. Read the current Meta documentation for that project.
Original Meta developer illustrations
These illustrations belong to a separate Meta provider or app-review workflow. They are not steps in the ordinary ChatArchitect customer connection.
