WhatsApp marketing features in ChatArchitect

Meta describes a broad set of features for its Marketing Messages API for WhatsApp. This page shows which actions are confirmed in the ChatArchitect customer workflow and which require a separate availability check. It does not establish whether ChatArchitect uses Meta's Marketing Messages API internally. For the difference between the customer workflow and Meta's direct endpoint, see the API scope guide.

Confirmed customer actions

What you need to doWhere to do it
Create a Marketing template with text, variables and buttons available in your accountUse Submit template at wtargeted.com. See the template parts guide for the confirmed controls.
Choose and check the categorySelect Marketing when submitting. Check the final category in Approved templates after review. See the category guide.
Review approval and qualityCheck the template status and quality in your ChatArchitect account at wtargeted.com. Use the review and quality guides when a template is rejected or performance declines.
Send a tested campaignSelect an approved template in your connected CRM, help desk or other sending tool. Test substituted values and any button before a larger send. Follow the first campaign checklist.
Check the costUse the ChatArchitect pricing guide and your current plan rather than a generic Meta API price comparison. ChatArchitect does not provide a customer max-price setting. See the max-price availability and cost review guide.

Features to confirm before relying on them

The old comparison table on this page listed Meta API capabilities such as delivery optimizations, performance benchmarks, conversion measurement, message validity periods, GIF headers and app deep links. It did not verify that these controls or reports are exposed in ChatArchitect or in your connected sending tool. The availability of catalog, carousel and other special template formats is also unconfirmed for the ChatArchitect template form.

If your campaign needs one of these capabilities, ask ChatArchitect support to check your account, destination and sending tool before designing the campaign around it. Meta's marketing messages guide describes its broader product and advises businesses to check feature availability with their messaging partner. A quoted Meta test result is not a delivery or conversion guarantee for a ChatArchitect campaign.

ChatArchitect App key and Secret are not Meta API credentials. Do not call Meta's /marketing_messages endpoint with them.
