Sending messages via Zoho

In this guide, you will learn how to install our WhatsApp Business API integration in Zoho Cliq. 

1. First,First weof completeall, registrationgo usingto the link"Settings" cliq.zoho.com.-> "More apps"

image.png2. Go to the "Marketplace" and fill in in the search field "ChatArchitect" and choose our app

2. After registration, use the link https://cliq.zoho.com/installapp.do?id=4352image.png to download our integration, click Install

3. Then clickPress "GrantInstall" access"

4. PressCheck "Accept"

5. Next, enter your APP ID and APP SECRETboxes and click the “Install” button.

8. Fill in your APP ID and APP SECRET and press "Save settings"

9. Next, write to your connected WABAWhatsApp number,Business itAPI number from your personal WhatsApp. It will be displayed in Threadsthreads.
